Our state-of-the-art strength training area is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals with quality equipment and a supportive environment. Whether you’re new to training or an experienced lifter, we’ve got everything you need for a complete workout experience:
Equipment on Offer:
Cardio & Resistance Equipment: CRE machines - rower, bike, treadmill, and cross trainer
Strength Training: Fully stacked Smith Machine with additional cable functionality
Free Weights:
Kettlebells ranging from 4kg to 16kg
Dumbbells ranging from 2kg to 22.5kg
Bumper Plates: Designed to protect both the equipment and flooring
Protective Flooring: Absorbs impact to safeguard equipment and ensure a safe training space
Full-Sized Mirror: Perfect for monitoring and improving technique

Induction Sessions are currently available on a Monday evenings only. Please use this link to book your session.
When you have completed an Induction Session, you will receive an email providing the necessary information to book unsupervised sessions at our Gym. If you have not received an email please check your Junk / Spam folder.
There are no membership fees for using our gym. The following passes are available and can be purchased online :-
Individual £5.00 for one session
Bronze £17.50 for 5 sessions. Expires 30 days after first use.
Silver £30.00 for 10 sessions. Expires 60 days after first use
Gold £55.00 for 20 sessions. Expires 90 days after first use.
Gym sessions can be booked until 11.59pm on day prior.
Our Gym opening hours
Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri : 10am - 4pm
Tue : 10am - 8pm
Please note that our Gym may be used by Private Trainers outwith these times. The Gym cannot be booked or used under these circumstances.
